My Services
I offer two prenatal visits prior to your birth, full labor and birth support, and one post partum visit.
Pre Natal Visits
We meet in person two times prior to your brith once you hire me, and we review your birth plans,, get to know your personality and personal pre-fences. Tour your home if you. are having a home birth, discuss which hospital you will be at, meet your husband/partner. Get clear what you desire to happen in different brith scenarios, and most importantly get to know each other so we can communicate and become an incredible birth team together.
Pain Management
When me meet in person we will discuss various ways to practice pain management, including breathing techniques and birthing positions that will best help serve you in your beautiful birthing labor process.
Mental/Emotional Support
The process of growing a human and birthing your baby is no small feet, and in fact it is a women's super hero power! The journey of being pregnant and giving birth can be mentally and emotionally exhausting. That is where a Doula can help you thrive and also feel the upmost support in your birthing journey. I am here for you and will offer a safe space to your own personal journey.Also educating your self on how long contractions last, and when they start to peek, and descend will help you immensely. This will all be discussed in our prenatal visits.
Breathing Techniques
Breathing is a key way to calm your nervous system, and center you while experiencing the waves of contractions. Audra keeps her methods simple, with two breathes from Hypnobirthing to keep you centered and in control.
